Tirsa Pagano has been in the fitness industry since 2002 as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. After moving to the USA from the Netherlands she followed her passion coming from an athletic family. She exercised regularly. Tirsa did some half marathons and triathlons then began lifting weights with big changes in metabolism and body composition as a result. Being passionate about health and fitness she loves motivating others to be healthy and fit as a lifestyle. Having three small kids she understands the busy lives with children and the challenges of getting and staying in shape as well as through pregnancy. Instructing group fitness in various formats she has a great following at several gyms in Nashville TN. Her approach is to lead by example and to inspire, portray fitness to be mental and not just physical. In her personal training she is tough, encouraging and specializes in fat loss by combining a tailored weightlifting program, cardiovascular plan, as well as good nutritional foundation.
